When will I be charged for delivery?
Your credit card payment is not charged until the order is packed and freight cost has been confirmed by us. Any changes to the order will be confirmed with you before your payment is processed.

For small orders (up to 5 items, the largest item up to 1m3) delivered by courier within 20km of Welshpool, a fixed rate of $23.50 will be charged. Generally, you can expect your delivery to arrive within 2 working days after the order is placed, provided stock is available.
Delivery within 20km of Welshpool WA with 4m/6m PVC pipe or large poly pipe coils
For heavy goods or goods in a bulk quantity delivered by courier ute or truck within 20km of Welshpool, a fixed rate of $35.00 will be charged. Generally, you can expect your delivery to arrive within 2 working days after the order is placed, provided stock is available. Confirmation of lifting equipment at the delivery location will be required before the order is dispatched.
Delivery more than 20km of Welshpool WA within the Perth Metropolitan area

Delivery of small goods via Aus Post satchels to Australia Wide
3kg ($15.50, 405 x 310mm) and 5kg ($23.50, 510 x 435mm) Aus Post Express Satchels are available for small orders. If you’re unsure if an order will fit into one of these bags select “Please Quote Delivery” at the checkout.
For small orders that are too big for satchels, we can send by Aus Post regular parcel post-Australia wide if the parcel’s weight is under 22kg and dimensions are under 0.25 cubic meters.
Delivery of bulky items including 4m/6m PVC pipe or large poly pipe coils outside the Perth Metro area
If you order bulky items to be delivered to Regional WA or interstate we will contact our preferred couriers and transport companies to quote you the cheapest available service to your location. One of our team members will call you prior to the processing of your payment to confirm the freight cost. If you have a preferred transport company, please include their contact information in your order.
I’m unsure of the delivery cost and may have chosen the wrong option, what will happen?
If you have selected an unsuitable delivery option we will call you with the correct freight cost and confirm that you wish to proceed with your order. If we can deliver your order cheaper than the method selected on checkout we will correct this on the sales receipt and charge you the lower amount.
